1. General provisions
(hereafter referred to as the Website) determine the terms and conditions of use of the Website and the basic principles of collecting, processing and storing personal data on the basis of which the Website Manager UAB “Lengvosios pramonės centras“ (hereinafter referred to as the Company), registered office at Saltoniškių g. 29/3, LT-08105 Vilnius, manages the personal data of the Website visitors (hereinafter referred to as the Visitor).
1.3. Website Services - Customer Service Information and Customer Information Services (hereafter referred to as "Website Services"), which include provision of information about events, pricing, services provided, Company activities, results, news.
1.4. The Company has the right to unilaterally change the Terms by posting it on the Website. Changes to the Terms come into force on the day they are published on the Website. If, after the substitution or addition of the Terms, the Visitor continues to use the Services of the Website, the Visitor accepts the new version of the Terms.2. Collection of information
2.1. We collect information about the Visitor:
2.1.1. who registers to receive company newsletters - news, publications, offers and information about events - we collect information about the Visitor's computer and about Visitor's visits and use of this Website, including the Visitor's IP address, the time and date of connection to the Website;
2.1.2. who is registered as a visitor of the exhibition / event organized by the Website or the Company - we collect information about the Visitor's name, contact person's name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, the name of the company represented and positions occupied, Visitor's visits and use of this Web Website, including Visitor's IP address, time and date of login to the Website;
2.1.3. who registers as a participant of an exhibition / event organized by the Company - we collect information about the name of the company represented by the visitor, the name of the contact person, position, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, website, company address, Visitor's visits and use of this Website, including Visitor's IP address, login time and date of the Website.
2.1.4. any other information that the Visitor may submit to the Company at any time, using the Company's Website, or by contacting the Company's representatives.
2.2. Personal data is received directly by the Company from the Visitor or:
2.2.1. from legal entities where the Visitor is the representative, employee, contractor, founder, shareholder, participant, owner, etc.;
2.2.2. from business partners that are related to Company business or other legal entities with whom the Company cooperates;
2.2.3. from public data files available online.
2.3. Upon registering the Visitor gives consent to the Company to collect and process the personal data provided by the Visitor for the Company to provide the Visitor's subscribed news, publications, offers and information about events, shares.3. Data usage
3.1.1. give the Visitor access to the Website and the services provided;
3.1.2. offer the Visitor preferences for products or services tailored to the Visitor (including from related third parties) who might be interested in it, taking into account browsing history and behaviour. The Company can do this by sending information to the Visitor by post, e-mail, newsletters, SMS or telephone about services, promotions, etc. The Company may also contact the Visitor and offer to participate in customer surveys, events, contests;

The Company provides the Visitor with news, offers, announcements about the forthcoming events and other information related to the services provided by the Company, by e-mail or by other means indicated by the Visitor. The Visitor may refuse such news and information at any time by notifying the Company by e-mail or by clicking on an interactive link to the message below as a result of the desire not to receive direct marketing communications in the future.
3.2. Visitor‘s data will be stored for no longer than required to set data processing goals and no longer than 3 (three) years after the last visitor's login to the website, unless the law provides for a longer retention period for such data. If the Visitor is subscribed to the Company‘s newsletter, the Visitor‘s data will be kept until the Visitor refuses to subscribe.4. Visitor‘s rights
4.1. Obtain from the Company confirmation that the Company manages its personal data or, if so, get access to it‘s personal data;
4.2. Require the Company to rectify inaccurate Visitor‘s personal data;
4.3. Require the Company to cancel the Visitor's personal data ("the right to be forgotten");
4.4. Disagree with the Visitor's personal data processing;
4.5. Require the Company to limit the processing of Visitor's personal data;
4.6. Require to transfer Visitor‘s personal data to another data controller or provide it directly to the Visitor in the convenient form for the Company;
4.7. For all data processing issues the Visitor may contact the Company in the contacts below. If the Visitor believes that his personal data is being processed illegally or that his rights related to the processing of personal data are violated, he has the right to contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate and submit a complaint thereon. In all cases, however, it is recommended to first contact the Company prior to submitting a formal complaint to the Supervisory Authority.

6.1. The Terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising between the Company and the Visitor are resolved by negotiation. If the parties do not resolve the dispute by negotiation, the dispute is finally settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania in the courts.
