Useful information for participants who need Schengen Visa
The applicant has to submit
these documents provided by the organizer to Consular Section of the Embassy:
1. The
Application form-contract for stall booking in
Baltic Fashion & Textile Vilnius, signed both by the organizer and participant.
2.
Copy of bank receipt provided by the organizer, as confirmation of payment for stall booking. This means that the invoice must be fully paid by the time applicant applies for visa in the Consular Section of the Embassy.
3.
Invitation letter from the organizer which indicates the applicant's data (name, surname, passport no., dates of passport validation, dates of arrival and departure, position in the company), maximum of two persons.

Letter of invitation
If required, the organizer will send you a letter of invitation. Due to the fact that consulates and embassies need a lot of time to process a visa request, we advise you to ask for a letter of invitation at your earliest convenience.
