Exception for Polish, Latvia and Estonian citizens traveling to Lithuania: no travel restrictions and need to isolate
Citizens from Poland, Latvia and Estonia can enter/ leave the territory of Lithuania without any restrictions or requirement to isolate whatever the epidemiological situation The 14-day isolation will not apply in the case of citizens of Poland, Latvia and Estonia and persons lawfully residing in these countries, who have returned or arrived for work. Travel/isolation requirements for participants and visitors arriving from other EU/EEA countries and the UK:
Citizens of other EU/EEA countries and the UK are not required to isolate after their arrival to Lithuania in case the country of departure is not included in the list of countries affected by COVID-19:

The updated list of affected countries is announced every Friday and enters into force next Monday for the entire week.
