Additional equipment

If the company has ordered the standard equipped stand, please see the examples of these stands and the equipment inside:

The standard equipped area includes:

– exhibiting floor space covered with grey carpet;
– 2.5 m white stand’s wall (OCTANORM system);
– 1 lamp (100W) / 3 sq. m.;
– 1 table & 3 chairs / 9sq.m;
– Trash bin;
– Company’s name (up to 10 letters);
– Electricity supply: socket with 3 inserts, 220V.
– Stand cleaning service: only once – on 16th September till 8:00 AM.

Also we recommend to order the standard stand with simple equipment, please choose:

1) standard equipped stand additionally included 3 hangers.
The additional price: 40 eur / 9 sq.m

2) standard equipped stand additionally included 3 shelves.
The additional price: 45 eur / 9 sq.m

If the company needs additional equipment, furniture or other communications and services it can be ordered at LITEXPO service center.

All the equipment must be ordered 10 days prior the trade fair. The payment must be done directly to Litexpo according to the invoice.
The equipment ordered on September 15th will be surcharged 100%.

If a company has ordered the raw space and  it‘s stand of individual design (non-standard) is constructed by another company, the Authorised stand contractor has to submit a detailed drawing of the stand to Ms. Romas Gajevskis, Exhibition architect by email: at least 10 days before the opening of the trade fair (see: Exhibition Stand Design Regulation of Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO) .
